  4. this editor will accept 3 total lines
  5. of text as apposed to the old 2 and a
  6. few more on a fourth line is also
  7. possible.  though, to get the extra
  8. third line, when your cursor is sitting
  9. at the end of two lines of text, press
  10. f1 at the last character point, a space
  11. will be inserted and you can continue
  12. onto the third line.  the insert will
  13. also allow you to insert up to 3 lines
  14. of text, so, the f1 isn't the only way
  15. to get 3 lines of text.

  17. there is another main feature of this
  18. editor, is not only does the cursor not
  19. blink, it causes special functions to
  20. occur when a partial listing is on the
  21. screen and you cursor down or up past
  22. the screen's limits.  i'll let you find
  23. out for yourself.

  25. the editor resides at $c000-cc00 in
  26. memory, so other editors that use
  27. wedge format may be used, though, basic
  28. aid is dangerous as it's screen scroll
  29. routine has a tendancy to crash, so,
  30. turn it off first by typing "off" and
  31. then later "kill" basic aid before
  32. usage of this editor.

  34. warning:  the screen may lose its
  35.           integrity when using the
  36. scroll from lines over 5 lines long, as
  37. this editor will accept a 20 line long
  38. basic line #, which is impossible from
  39. this editor, you shouldn't run into
  40. problems unless you are looking for 
  41. them.  and even in any case, you'll be
  42. able to run/stop restore out of it with
  43. no problems.
